Chlor-alkali plants are required to manage some of the most corrosive environments imaginable, transporting harsh chemicals at extreme temperatures. Combine this with regular use of high-voltage electrolysis processes, and you have attributes that can rapidly compromise the integrity of most piping systems.

Corzan® CPVC as a liner material will provide further chemical resistance for dual laminate applications. When used in combination with Fiber Reinforced Polyester (FRP), the Corzan®-lined pipe can consistently function in temperatures as high as 104 °C (220 ºF).
